My Harvest America Customer Testimony

I have a renewed excitement about My Harvest America! I will admit I was a bit skeptical when orders were taking so long to be delivered. I understood it – nobody expected the response this company received at the very beginning. Nobody was ready for all the orders that came flooding in.

But after being in other online companies that promised changes for the better, but never delivered, I was afraid this would be the same. So, when you announced that the new fulfillment center was open and invited everyone to order once again, I did.

I placed a small order on April 29th late in the day. On Tuesday I had my tracking number and saw that delivery would be today, Friday, May 7th. I would definitely call that timely. I am also very impressed by the way the order was packed. E

verything arrived undented, unsmashed, etc. If there was a space in the box that would cause something to move around, the packers stuffed another smaller box or paper or something to keep it from happening.

I am also very excited about the new marketing system that is about to be launched. I listened to both calls that we will be able to have and looked at the landing pages, too. I’m very impressed with both and can’t wait to try them out.

Groceries are flying out of the fulfillment center since the re-launch. Expect all orders to arrive between 7 and 14 working days from your order date. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska can take up to 2-3 weeks additional time because of shipping through the USPS.

My Harvest America announced a special subscription Bonus promotion!

Sell any new subscription (shopper or super shopper) and earn the following subscription bonuses:

• Starting with your first 10 sales, you get paid $5.00 per sale.

Because of the huge success of our initial launch, Groceries Express, was deluged beyond their capabilities.

My Harvest America Grocery Shipping Update

Three short months ago we embarked on a journey together to change the way America shops for groceries.

Our Shoppers initial volume was enormous and as a result Groceries Express, our fulfillment center, has fallen back on shipping.

In response, we have assertively stepped in with new management who has appraised the situation and identified the challenges.

My Harvest America has committed ourselves to thoroughly solve the issues. As with all worthwhile endeavors it will take time and resolve to completely achieve our goals, and we will.

After all, we are still a new born company with a bold vision for you and your family.

My Harvest America Commission Report Update

In your Back Office, click on Commissions, you will see a “Projected Commission Report”.

This is NOT actual, it projected. It changes day by day, but it will tell you what it could be. There are some black-out dates where you won’t see your projected commissions.

That is on the first of every month and also on the 12th thru the 16th of each month.

That is because that is when we do our testing. We test over and over to make sure everything is correct.

The projections are only based on transactions that have occurred since the last bonus run.

This allows a rep to track his/her progress thru the month to see if he is on target to reach goals that may have been set.

The page is projecting what the bonus payout will be at the end of the month based on the transactions that have occurred.

If your autoship has not processed yet for the month of April, you will see a “0″ in your projected commission report, but once your autoship has processed for the month of April, you will see the projected commission amount.

Our new www.myharvestamerica.com Executive has been in place for almost a week in Detroit. We are excited to share with you the report of increased shipping output already.

With 100 days of business behind us, the new fulfillment team expects dramatic improvement by mid April and be on track to have normal shipping times by early May.

The goal is to have orders within the week shipped by the following week. Orders could be received at your door within 14 days of ordering or much less in areas within 2-3 shipping days of the facility.

The prices and products do and will change. Out of 10,000 products, we’ve had 1500 items change something. The store is always changing and evolving because of information from the supplier changes.

Maybe the price will change; sometimes it may go up and sometimes it goes down. (just like a regular store…but we still have very LOW prices!) Sometimes the label will change, or the ounces, or the sizes, or the replacements, or the packaging.

If an item is out of stock at the time of shipment, they will still ship the rest to you, and they will not charge you for the out of stock item. They will be sending you an automated email when the order is shipped.
